Why is the Myrtle Walgreen’s Not Open Yet???

I have been patient.What the @#$%@ is taking so long to open? I go by every other day and still there is that stupid hand written sign saying Walgreen’s will be open soon.Sorry!
There are now tenants moved in the Walgreen’s building’s condos, a new bank across the street and 2 restaurants have come and gone.What gives?It took Trader Joe’s and IKEA Less Time To Open for crying out loud.Ok maybe not IKEA.
Every time I am forced to have to go to downtown Brooklyn to get my drugstore fix I get mad at you, myrtle Walgreen’s.
