We’ve had Bozzio for over 2 years but I’ve never drawn him before today.
I’m pretty rusty but I knew the sketch would go well as soon as I began drawing him.Sometimes you just have the feeling as soon as you make the first few marks on the paper that you won’t mess this up.
If only the model hadn’t gotten up and repaired to the other room before I was done.

Thirty Seven
Today I am 37. The mans hid yellow roses and gave them to me at midnight. Some of the forums I have joined sent me happy birthday emails. I thought that was nice in a computer generated kind of way.
Tonight we’re going to eat in that Peruvian restauarant in Williamsburg. Potatoes and cheese!
Shopper’s Bulimia
This is the style lady for the Village Voice,Lynn Yaeger, the one who put a name on my disorder for me:shopper’s bulimia.This is the thing that I do. I buy clothes and return them or want to return them the instant I get them home and try them on in front of my harsh mirrors.
I try to read her column when I can because her personal look is so strange and I find it compelling to read about what such a strange looking woman thinks about fashion. She does dirty work, like me and she gets paid to write about her bad shopping experiences,unlike me, although she is positively, chirpily cheerful about it.
