Present on this page are my last, best websites. I designed everything from the graphics to the themes(all are WordPress powered). Because some of them use the WP-Shopping cart plugin their code isn’t (ahem) 100% valid XHTML…but that is what I strive for for each website I build. One of my favorite jobs is taking a website construted out of static pages and transforming it into a dynamic, beautiful and robust website that any layperson (non code familiar person) can easily maintain and edit all by themselves. I try to convey most of all what the website is for and I do not try to make the site about my design.
Under Production!
I’m currently re designing the website I made for AskArora.com last year. It’s so true that one improves in leaps and bounds in the space of a year….This website was the 1st WordPress theme I designed for someone else, ever. Needless to say my hard won WordPress skills combined with rabid Photoshop learnin’ make for a much cooler and, dare I say, less Bloggy looking website! Nothing wrong with the blog format, unless you don’t want one.

Marios Alexandrou Project Manager
Marios hired me to switch his tables layout to semantically correct html with an external style sheet instead of inline styles. This project got me thinking about the numerous benefits of ditching a tables for layout in favor of a pure css based layout. I had to retain the tables layout’s look recreating it with div without succumbing to listisdivitis. His site displayed no tabular data so it was relatively easy to avoid listitisdivitis(this is when a designer is such a true blue believer in css that they try to fake tables with lists and divs ultimately bogging everything down with tons of code).
Extras: navigation menu redesign.
