On the corner of Court street and Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn Heights.
It is a lot bigger than the one in Union Square although there didn’t seem to a wine store like that one has.Which is fine because I have a very good wine store near me on Myrtle Avenue anyway.
The aisles are wider so there is less squeezing past people.Sahadi’s,Met and Key Food are all within a few blocks of Trader Joe’s so maybe people are less frantic about marketing than they were when Trader Joe’s opened in Union Square with lines to just get in for a few weeks after it opened. And I am happy that I can take my little grannie cart on the B61 there and back. It’s much closer than Fairway and much cheaper than the Garden of Eden.If you are poor I recommend using TJ for high quality meats and cheeses but buy your fruits and vegetables somewhere else.Coffee and cereals are much less expensive as are nice loaves of bread.Ok so you all know TJ has deals.I don’t need to keep going on about it.
