The networks generally offer them for free on their websites anyway. I actually have a post in my drafts about this. I use tv-links all of the time. it's the only way I can get some shows that I want to watch. I pay for shows a lot on itunes as well, but its not always an option. I should have said that the quality of video for Grays Anatomy on TV Links was really hit or miss. Mostly miss as I found.I shouldn't give the impression that the site doesn't deliver at all. It just depends on what you pick to watch...lord knows I didn't have time to check all the content.There's a ton! Depends on the show and the website. I used TV links to get through the last season of 24 in near perfect quality. I also use Sidereel to watch House and Heroes and pretty happy with quality.
