He lists a temp agency or two or three (a/k/a employment agency--I forgot how many he lists, it's been a while since I looked at it and it's really not worth going back to look at) on his resume as having been employed there for some amount of time. Funny thing is, I'm also registered with one of these agencies, and I'm on pretty good terms with the folks who work there (the ones giving out assignments). So I made a little inquiry about Mr. Tubbs, and was told that he came in for an interview and might have been sent out on one assignment, but that the reviews that came back about him were so bad that they haven't used him since, and that was more than a few years ago.
